针对镁合金AZ31B,选取氧化物Al_2O_3、氯化物CdCl_2、氟化物AlF_3为活性剂进行活性焊接试验。通过涂覆不同活性剂后,分别采用5 mm板材表面堆焊和2 mm板对接焊试验分析其对焊缝熔深、表面形貌和焊接接头微观组织及力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,堆焊试验中所选活性剂对焊缝表面成型影响各不相同,但均能增加焊缝熔深,其中CdCl_2效果最好;对接焊试验中,活性焊接头强度与普通TIG焊相当,所有拉伸试件均在热影响区断裂;焊接接头仍然为混合断裂方式。
Aiming at the AZ31B magnesium alloy, the active welding tests were carried out using the active materials Al 2 O 3, CdCl 2 and AlF 3 as the activators. After coating with different active agents, the effect of weld penetration, surface morphology and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld joint were analyzed by 5 mm plate surfacing and 2 mm butt welding respectively. The results show that the effect of the selected active agent on the surface of the weld is different during surfacing test, but all of them can increase the weld penetration, of which CdCl_2 has the best effect. In the butt welding test, Equivalently, all tensile specimens were fractured in the HAZ; the weld joints were still mixed fracture mode.
