目的 探讨前列腺癌组织中的miR-21、核因子KB(NF-kB)中的表达水平变化及其临床意义.方法 回顾性收集120例前列腺癌组织及40例前列腺增生组织,收治时间2016年1月至2017年3月.采用免疫组化技术检测两组标本中的miR-21、NF-kB蛋白表达水平,并探讨二者与前列腺癌患者的临床病理学关系.结果 前列腺癌组组织中miR-21、NF-kB蛋白阳性表达率分别为71.67%、62.50%,明显高于前列腺增生组组织中的的miR-21、NF-βB蛋白阳性表达率20.00%、15.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);前列腺癌组织中miR-21蛋白阳性表达于患者的Gleason评分、淋巴结转移、临床分期具有显著的相关性(P<0.05);前列腺癌组织中NF-kB蛋白阳性表达于患者的淋巴结转移、临床分期具有显著的相关性(P<0.05).结论 前列腺癌组织中miR-21、NF-κB蛋白阳性表达率增高,并且与肿瘤的进展密切相关.“,”Objective To investigate the expression of miR- 21, nuclear factor kappa B (NF- kB ) in prostate cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods In our hospital, 120 cases of prostate cancer and 40 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were collected, from January2016 to March 2017, respectively. The immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect MiR-21,NF- κB protein expression levels, and to explore the relationship of the two markers with clinical pathological features of prostate cancer. Results The positive expression of miR- 21 and NF-kB protein was 71.67%, 62.50% in prostate cancer. The positive expression of miR- 21 and NF- κB protein was 20%, 15% in benign prostatic hyperplasia,with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The positive expression of miR-21 protein in prostate cancer tissue in patients with Gleason score lymph node metastasis and clinical stage had significant correlation (P <0.05). NF- κB protein positive expression in prostate cancer tissues in patients with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage had significant correlation (P <0.05). Conclusion The positive rates of miR-21 and NF- kB protein in prostate cancer tissues increase, and are closely related to the progression of tumors.
