日前出台的《国家新型城镇化规划(2014～2020)》提出,城镇绿色建筑占新建建筑比例要从2012 年的2% 提升到2020 年的50%。从2%到50%,这个比例的巨大跨越只剩6 年时间,最终能实现吗?当前绿色建筑的发展还有哪些障碍亟待突破?我国绿色建筑持续发展的路径在哪里?建筑企业如何分享绿色建筑产业这一诱人的“蛋糕”?参加第十届国际绿色建筑与建筑节能大会的专家、学者对我国绿色建筑持续、健康发展的方向和路径进行了探讨,给出了这些问题的答案,为业界人士提供了借鉴。
