基于中国县级尺度房屋结构、人口数据库、中国地震烈度区划图,研究建立了中国区域中长期房屋震灾损失评估系统。实现了对中国各区域未来可能的震灾房屋破坏情况的损失评估,基于此实现对灾害损失的各种统计与GIS可视化表达功能。利用该评估系统,决策人员可直观的把握各区域的房屋震灾可能的损失情况,为制定防灾、减灾规划和灾后应急机制提供可靠依据。由于采用了浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,便于不同的用户远程访问,促进了研究成果到应用的转化和应用普及。该系统的构建为研究灾害防治的信息化管理提供参考。
Based on China’s county-scale housing structure, population database and China’s seismic intensity zonation map, an assessment system of mid-long term housing earthquake disaster loss in China was established. Realization of the damage assessment of the future possible earthquake-damaged houses in various regions of China, based on which various statistics on disaster losses and visualization of GIS functions were realized. Using this assessment system, decision makers can intuitively grasp the possible losses of houses in all regions and provide a reliable basis for formulating disaster prevention, disaster reduction plans and post-disaster emergency response mechanisms. Due to the Browser / Server (B / S) architecture, remote access to different users is facilitated, which promotes the transformation and application of research results into applications. The construction of this system provides a reference for the research on information management of disaster prevention.
