In 1995 September, Kim Jong-hwan, a young professor at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology, advocated incorporating the sporting lifestyle of football, which people love to see, into artificial intelligence research and proposed the landmark project of robot soccer. The most prominent feature of the robot soccer game is that no one has to intervene and control the entire game. The team completely independently and autonomously conducted the game through the pre-programmed cooperation and coordination tactics. Therefore, the robot soccer match is not only its own hardware level and software strategy competition, but also, it contains the focus of the 21st century to overcome the machine vision
