以膨胀珍珠岩为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备铁离子和铈离子共掺杂的可漂浮于水面的Fe-Ce-TiO2/EP复合光催化剂,采用XRD和SEM等分析方法对其结构进行表征,以甲基橙溶液为目标物,对所制备样品的光催化活性进行了研究。结果表明,Fe、Ce共掺杂能够抑制晶粒的增长,提高TiO2的分散性进而提高催化活性,当Fe和Ce掺杂的质量分数均为0.5wt%时,焙烧温度为550℃,催化剂用量5g/L时,甲基橙降解率可达88.6%。
The expanded perlite as a carrier, Fe-Ce-TiO2 / EP composite photocatalyst co-doped with iron ions and cerium ions was prepared by sol-gel method. The structure was characterized by XRD and SEM Characterization, methyl orange solution as the target, the prepared photocatalytic activity of the sample were studied. The results show that the co-doping of Fe and Ce can inhibit the grain growth, improve the dispersibility of TiO2 and improve the catalytic activity. When the mass fraction of Fe and Ce are 0.5wt%, the calcination temperature is 550 ℃, the catalyst dosage 5g / L, methyl orange degradation rate of up to 88.6%.
