在不同Na2SiO3含量的电解液体系下对Ti6Al4V合金进行微弧氧化.采用SEM和AFM分析氧化膜表面形貌及粗糙度,研究电解液中Na2SiO3含量对氧化膜厚度及表面形貌的影响.结果表明:随着电解液中Na2SiO3质量浓度从12 g.L-1增加到28 g.L-1,临界正向起弧电压逐渐降低,微弧氧化膜的厚度由31μm增加至88μm;氧化膜表面均匀分布着尺寸不等的微孔,并且随着Na2SiO3质量浓度的增加,微孔的数目增多,粗糙度增加.XRD分析显示氧化膜的相组成为锐钛矿以及金红石.
The micro-arc oxidation of Ti6Al4V alloy was carried out under different Na2SiO3 electrolyte systems.The surface morphology and roughness of the oxide film were analyzed by SEM and AFM to study the effects of Na2SiO3 content in the electrolyte on the thickness and surface morphology of the oxide film.The results show that : As the concentration of Na2SiO3 in the electrolyte increased from 12 gL-1 to 28 gL-1, the critical forward arc voltage gradually decreased and the thickness of the MAO film increased from 31μm to 88μm. The size of the oxide film was uniformly distributed on the surface of the oxide film , Etc. And with the increase of Na2SiO3 mass concentration, the number of micropores increased and the roughness increased.XRD analysis showed that the phase composition of oxide film was anatase and rutile.
