针对目前带式输送机驱动装置存在的问题,提出了一种新型可控变速装置设计方案,即利用液压传动系统通过蜗轮蜗杆机构对行星齿轮机构的输出转速进行控制,实现带式输送系统的可控软启动。分析了大功率带式输送机对驱动装置的要求,给出了理想的启动速度和加速度曲线,并确定了软启动控制策略,设计了比例节流阀驱动电路,实现了系统的可控软启动和软停车,以满足带式输送机整体动态特性。试验测试结果表明,该装置软启动性能优良,是大运量、长距离带式输送机比较理想的驱动装置。
