采用不同工艺方案进行了大面积钛/钢复合板的爆炸焊接试验。对制备的Gr1/Gr70爆炸复合材料结合界面的微观组织特征和力学性能进行了分析,结果表明采用分段装药工艺所制备的钛/钢复合板界面无分层、夹杂等缺陷,力学性能符合ASTM B 898-2005标准,能够满足装备使用需求。
A large area of titanium / steel composite plate explosion welding test using different process options. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the prepared Gr1 / Gr70 composite interface were analyzed. The results show that the interface of the composite steel / titanium composite plate prepared by the segmented charge process has no defects such as delamination and inclusion, and its mechanical properties conform to ASTM B 898-2005 standard, to meet the equipment needs.
