钻孔灌注桩是水利工程及道路桥梁工程中常用的基础形式,但因其属隐蔽工程,成桩后质量检查比较困难。由于影响灌注桩施工质量的因素很多,对其施工过程各种影响因素都必须有详细的考虑,如地质因素、钻孔工艺、护壁、钢筋笼的上浮、混凝土的配制、灌注等。若稍有不慎或措施不严,就会在灌注中发生质量事故,小到塌孔、缩颈,大到断桩报废,以致影响工期并对整个工程质量产生不利影响。钻孔灌注桩工程施工质量问题主要有孔壁坍塌、缩颈、钢筋笼上浮、桩底沉渣量过多、导管进水、断桩、孔位倾斜等。
Bored piles are commonly used in water conservancy projects and road bridges. However, because of concealed work, it is difficult to check the quality of piles. Due to many factors affecting the construction quality of cast-in-situ piles, various factors affecting the construction process must be considered in detail, such as geological factors, drilling technology, retaining walls, floating steel cage, concrete preparation, perfusion and so on. If the slightest mistake or unsound measures, it will occur in the infusion of quality accidents, small hole collapse, necking, large broken pile scrap, so that the duration of the project and the overall quality of the adverse impact. Bored pile construction quality problems are mainly hole wall collapse, necking, steel cage floating, too much sediment at the end of the pile, the catheter into the water, broken pile, hole inclination and so on.
