自2008年7月8日佳能(中国)有限公司工会成立以来,结合新环境下两新组织工会工作特点,积极探索新时期下两新组织工会工作方法,通过沟通增进劳资双方信任、协商促进企业持续发展,逐步建立起了以“和谐劳资关系”为己任的发展目标,并且推行了一系列积极有效的措施。其中以完善的例会制度以及劳资协商程序为依托的良好沟通机制发挥了巨大的作用。
Since the establishment of Canon (China) Co., Ltd. trade unions on July 8, 2008, in light of the characteristics of the work of the two new organizational unions in the new environment, we have been actively exploring ways of working under the two new organizational unions in the new era. We have promoted mutual trust between employers and employees through negotiation, Sustainable development, and gradually established a “harmonious labor relations” as its mission of development goals, and implemented a series of positive and effective measures. Among them, a sound communication system based on a sound system of regular meetings and consultation on labor negotiations has played a huge role.
