在水稻高光效株型育种中,叶片的性状对高光效的株型来说是极为重要的。因而,研究水稻叶片的性状遗传规律对于指导水稻高光效株型育种具有十分重要的意义。 本文对水稻剑叶的长度、宽度、抽穗期剑叶与茎秆的夹角及比叶重的遗传进行初步研究。结果表明,剑叶长度的遗传是受微效多基因控制的;剑叶宽度的遗传同剑叶角度的遗传是受一对主效基因和若干微效基因控制的;剑叶比叶重的遗传是受两对主效基因和较多的修饰基因控制的。
In rice high light efficiency plant type breeding, leaf traits are very important for high light efficiency plant type. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the genetic rules of rice leaf traits for the guidance of high light efficiency plant type breeding in rice. In this paper, the length and breadth of the flag leaves of rice, the angle between the flag leaves and the stems at the heading stage and the heredity of specific leaf weight were studied. The results showed that the inheritance of flag leaf length was controlled by micro-effect polygene; the inheritance of flag leaf width and flag leaf angle was controlled by one major gene and some minor genes; Is controlled by two major genes and more modified genes.
