一、交通建设引进外资的必要性及现状 近几年来,我国交通建设取得了显著进展。但交通建设的发展仍旧远远满足不了国民经济快速发展的需要,交通仍是制约经济建设的一个主要“瓶颈”。 经济要发展,交通建设必须先行。根据北京大学厉以宁等经济学家的研究,我国国民经济各个产业均受制于交通运输业的发展,交通运输业净产值每增长1%,可使其它产业的净产增长0.7744%,国民经济发展对交通运输业的发展有着很大的依赖性。笔者根据非均衡状态下产业增长约束模型估计式:

For every 1% increase in the net output value of the transportation industry, the net output of other industries can increase by 0.7744% The development of transport industry has a great dependence.
