一、交通建设引进外资的必要性及现状 近几年来,我国交通建设取得了显著进展。但交通建设的发展仍旧远远满足不了国民经济快速发展的需要,交通仍是制约经济建设的一个主要“瓶颈”。 经济要发展,交通建设必须先行。根据北京大学厉以宁等经济学家的研究,我国国民经济各个产业均受制于交通运输业的发展,交通运输业净产值每增长1％,可使其它产业的净产增长0.7744％,国民经济发展对交通运输业的发展有着很大的依赖性。笔者根据非均衡状态下产业增长约束模型估计式:
I. Necessity and Status Quo of Foreign Investment in Transportation Construction In recent years, remarkable progress has been made in China's transportation construction. However, the development of transport construction still can not meet the needs of the rapid development of the national economy. Traffic is still a major “bottleneck” restricting economic construction. Economic development, transportation construction must be first. According to researches by economists such as Li Yining at Peking University, all industries in our national economy are subject to the development of the transportation industry. For every 1% increase in the net output value of the transportation industry, the net output of other industries can increase by 0.7744% The development of transport industry has a great dependence. According to the author under non-equilibrium state growth constraints model estimation formula:
