初中综合素质评价是新课程改革的重要内容之一,是实施素质教育的重要手段,是促进学生全面发展的依据。北京市延庆县作为国家课程改革示范县,于2006年9月依据市教委《关于初中生综合素质评价的指导意见》组织初中校开展初中综合素质评价工作,探索形成了县初中学生综合素质评价的制度保障、运行机制和方法策略等。2011年6月,为进一步推进初中学生综合素质评价工作,我们通过问卷调查、访谈、文本分析、观察等方式,对延庆县推进初中生综合素质评价的态度、方式、内容及结果等方面进行了深入思考,旨在完善制度和改进实施策略,有效提高初中综合素质评价的质量,促进学生全面健康发展。
The comprehensive quality evaluation of junior high school is one of the important contents of the new curriculum reform, and it is an important means to implement quality education, and it is the basis for promoting students’ all-round development. Yanqing County, Beijing Municipality, as a national model county for curriculum reform, organized the Junior Middle School in September 2006 based on the “Guiding Opinions on the Evaluation of Junior Middle School Students’ Comprehensive Qualities” to carry out junior high school comprehensive quality assessment work, and explored the formation of junior high school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation. Institutional guarantees, operational mechanisms, methodological strategies, etc. In June 2011, in order to further promote the overall quality evaluation of junior high school students, we conducted surveys, interviews, text analysis, and observations on the attitudes, methods, contents, and results of the assessment of junior high school students’ comprehensive qualities in Yanqing County. In-depth thinking aims to improve the system and improve implementation strategies, effectively improve the quality of junior high school comprehensive quality assessment, and promote the overall healthy development of students.
