以校为本的评价倡导的是发展性评价,其特征是:评价主体的全元性、评价方式的多样性、评价内容多维性及发展的过程性,重视评价对象的发展基础性差异。评价的目的不是分类区别,而是为促进发展进行过程性指导。
The school-based evaluation advocates the developmental evaluation, which is characterized by: the all-round evaluation of the subject, the diversity of evaluation methods, the multi-dimension of evaluation content and the process of development, and pays attention to the fundamental differences in the development of evaluation objects. The purpose of the evaluation is not to distinguish between categories but to provide procedural guidance for promoting development.
