本文用多元回归方法,大IBM PC计算机上研究240名正常人(男130人,女110人平均年龄37.8岁)的心脏舒张功能指标同所选11个常见生理变量间的关系,以探讨影响舒张功能的因素。逐步回归以复相关系数(R)最大,剩余标准差(Sy)最小为标准,选出9个指标的最优回归方程。结果表明,心率和年龄对舒张功能指标影响最大,性别、身高、舒张压、平均动脉压和脉搏压次之。收缩压、体重,体重指数和体表面积均未选入方程,表明正常情况下上述生理变量不是心舒指标的影响因素。
This article uses multiple regression method to study the relationship between diastolic function index of 240 healthy subjects (130 males and 110 females average age 37.8 years) with 11 common physiological variables on a large IBM PC computer to explore the relationship between diastolic Functional factors. Stepwise regression selects the optimal regression equation of nine indicators with the largest multiple correlation coefficient (R) and the minimum standard deviation (Sy). The results showed that heart rate and age had the greatest effect on diastolic function index, sex, height, diastolic pressure, mean arterial pressure and pulse pressure. Systolic blood pressure, body weight, body mass index and body surface area were not selected into the equation, indicating that the above physiological variables under normal circumstances are not the influencing factors of heart-Shu index.
