结合首钢京唐特大型高炉生产实践,利用渣铁排放在线监测系统对高炉出渣出铁瞬时流速进行了现场跟踪测量,记录出铁过程中铁水罐的重量变化。通过分析高炉现场数据和测量结果,阐述了现代特大型高炉渣铁排放的特点。
Combined with the production practice of Jingtou special large blast furnace in Shougang Group, on-line monitoring system was used to track the instantaneous velocity of slag discharge in blast furnace and the change of weight of molten iron in iron process was recorded. By analyzing the blast furnace site data and measurement results, the characteristics of slag discharge in modern extra large blast furnace are expounded.
