全球世界文学是世界文学的分支,旨在探讨超越国家界限的、重大的、世界性的全球问题,如战争、贫困、奴隶制、人权、环境和疾病等。医学人文学是人文科学在改善人类健康方面作出的贡献,是比较文学和世界文学关注并全面深入探讨疾病和健康的社会问题、促进医疗保健体系形成过程中所作的努力。本文以《全球世界文学和健康:降低期待,创造可能》为基础,选取不同国家不同语言的创新性文本,探讨世界各地文学如何揭露疾病带给病患的非难,批判医学“食谱疗法”的误区,试图阐释全球世界文学和医学人文学有助于为个人、群体和社会理解疾病提供多元化视角,进而促使人们用新方式思考健康与医疗问题。
Global World Literature is a branch of world literature that seeks to address major, worldwide global issues beyond national boundaries, such as war, poverty, slavery, human rights, the environment and diseases.
