目前,我国中小企业的人力资源管理存在着许多问题,已经成为制约中小企业可持续发展的瓶颈。然而由于激烈的外部竞争环境和企业自身能力的限制,中小企业不可能在短期内完全依靠自己的能力来疏通这一问题。人力资源管理外包为中小企业提供了一条有效解决人力资源管理问题的途径。本文主要针对中小企业人力资源外包的重要性及其实施过程中存在的问题进行分析研究,并提出相应的解决问题的策略。
At present, there are many problems in human resource management of SMEs in our country, which have become the bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of SMEs. However, due to the fierce external competition environment and the limitation of the enterprise’s own capabilities, it is impossible for SMEs to completely rely on their own ability to clear the issue in a short period of time. Human resource management outsourcing provides a way for SMEs to effectively solve the problem of human resource management. This paper mainly analyzes the importance of small and medium-sized human resources outsourcing and the problems in its implementation, and puts forward corresponding strategies to solve the problems.
