目的:观察外敷青黛散治疗亨特氏面瘫耳后疼痛的疗效。方法:将60例亨特氏面瘫耳后疼痛的患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例,观察组采用青黛散外敷,对照组口服阿昔洛韦,7天为一疗程,比较2组疗效。结果:观察组治疗亨特氏面瘫耳后疼痛效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。疗效:评价显示观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)结论:青黛散外敷治疗亨特氏面瘫耳后疼痛效果明显,值得临床推广应用。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of external application of Qingdai powder on the pain of Hunts face after ear paralysis. Methods: Sixty patients with postural pain of Hunts face were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Qingdai San external application. The control group received acyclovir for 7 days for one course of treatment. 2 groups efficacy. Results: The pain in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.01). Efficacy: The evaluation showed that the observation group was superior to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Qingdai powder on external ear pain is obvious, which is worthy of clinical application.
