激光晶体YAG:Nd的研制过程中用二氧化锆做保温材料,容易使晶体沾污而着色。为研究杂质锆对晶体性能的影响,必需分析YAG:Nd中锆含量。锆的吸光光度法使用二甲酚橙及偶氮胂Ⅲ显色的居多。本文采用苯-氯苯为苯甲酰苯基羟胺(简称BPHA)的溶剂,改善了用氯仿或二甲苯作溶剂之缺点。用BPHA苯-氯苯溶液在盐酸介质中萃取YAG:Nd中微量锆,借与基体分离,富集锆,用二甲酚橙及偶氮胂Ⅲ显色,并作一比较。一试剂锆标准溶液:称0.1766克氧氯化锆,用盐酸(2N)溶解并稀释至500毫升。再用上述溶液配成2μgZrml~(-1)溶液(以0.5N盐酸稀释)。

With BPHA benzene - chlorobenzene solution in hydrochloric acid medium YAG: Nd trace zirconium, with the matrix separation, enrichment of zirconium, with xylenol orange and arsenazo Ⅲ color, and for a comparison. A reagent zirconium standard solution: Weigh 0.1766 grams zirconium oxychloride, dissolved in hydrochloric acid (2N) and diluted to 500 ml. The above solution was dubbed 2μgZrml ~ (-1) solution (diluted with 0.5N hydrochloric acid).
