本文建立了多工位冷镦机生产过程中的力学模型,分析多工位冷镦机生产过程中的冷镦力与产品质量、模具状态之间的关系。用实验方法求取各工位之间的耦合系数。从而论证:用力作为多工位冷镦机生产过程在线监控的状态变量是合理的、可行的。
In this paper, a mechanical model of multi-station cold heading machine was established, and the relationship between cold heading force and product quality and mold status in the production process of multi-station cold heading machine was analyzed. The experimental method is used to calculate the coupling coefficient between stations. It proves that the force as a state variable of multi-station cold heading machine on-line monitoring of production process is reasonable and feasible.
