白血病的疗效和预后与其分型密切相关。在光学纤微镜下对白血病的正确分型率只有70%,而结合细胞化学、细胞遗传学、免疫学和分子生物学等方法,其准确分型率能进一步提高,但仍有约10%类型难以确定。我们应用(付酯醇TPA)诱导分化试验对白血病分型进行了研究,现将结果报告如下
