利用筛选出的10对SSR多态性引物对国外引进的37份山羊豆种质资源进行遗传多样性SSR分析,共扩增出102个等位基因,变异范围为8~13个等位基因;多态信息含量变异范围为0.778~0.879,平均值为0.830;基因多样性变异范围为0.805~0.888,平均值为0.848;期望杂合度变异范围为0.081~0.757,平均值为0.457。37份山羊豆种质显示出丰富的遗传多样性,不同地理来源种质资源多样性水平存在一定的差异。主成分分析与聚类分析结果基本一致,37份材料基本按照地理来源分布聚类,部分材料有交叉。
Genetic diversity SSR analysis of 37 goat bean germplasm resources imported from foreign countries were conducted using 10 pairs of SSR polymorphic primers selected. A total of 102 alleles were amplified, ranging from 8 to 13 alleles. The range of polymorphic information content was 0.778-0.879, with an average of 0.830. The range of genetic diversity was 0.805-0.888, with an average of 0.848. The range of expected heterozygosity was 0.081-0.757 with an average of 0.457.37 parts of goat bean Germplasm shows abundant genetic diversity, and there are some differences in the diversity of germplasm resources in different geographical origins. The principal component analysis and cluster analysis results are basically the same, 37 materials are basically clustered according to geographical distribution, some of the material cross.
