目的:研究壳聚糖季铵盐用于止嗽定喘口服液原药水提液除杂纯化的效果。方法:采用壳聚糖改性产物壳聚糖季铵盐对止嗽定喘口服液原药水提液进行絮凝处理,以麻黄碱、甘草酸保留率和药液浊度作为衡量指标,考察了絮凝剂用量、絮凝温度、搅拌速度、搅拌时间对絮凝效果的影响,并通过正交试验确定出最佳工艺条件。结果:最佳絮凝除杂工艺条件:药液温度30℃,壳聚糖季铵盐用量0.4 g.L-1,快速搅拌速度500 r.min-1,快速搅拌时间1 min,慢速搅拌速度50 r.min-1,慢速搅拌时间10 min,此时麻黄碱保留率为97.6%,甘草酸保留率为76.7%,药液浊度为1.1 NTU,放置30 d后的浊度为2.8NTU。结论:壳聚糖季铵盐可用于止嗽定喘口服原药水提液的絮凝纯化。
Objective: To study the effect of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt on purification and purification of Cough Dingchu Oral Liquid. Methods: Chitosan-modified chitosan quaternary ammonium salt was used to flocculate the extract of Cough Dingchu Oral Liquid. Taking ephedrine, glycyrrhizic acid retention and liquid turbidity as indexes, the effects of flocculation Dosage, flocculation temperature, stirring speed, stirring time on the flocculation effect, and through orthogonal test to determine the optimum process conditions. Results: The optimal flocculation and impurity removal conditions were as follows: liquid temperature 30 ℃, quaternary ammonium salt dosage 0.4 gL-1, rapid stirring speed 500 r.min-1, fast stirring time 1 min, slow stirring speed 50 r .min-1, slow stirring time 10 min, then the retention rate of ephedrine was 97.6%, glycyrrhizic acid retention rate was 76.7%, liquid turbidity of 1.1 NTU, 30 days after the placement of the turbidity of 2.8 NTU. Conclusion: The chitosan quaternary ammonium salt can be used for the flocculation purification of the oral liquid of Cough Ding Dingchuan.
