随着经济发展,全球范围内铁矿石、煤炭资源分布不均的实际情况日益突出,无法与地区需求相适应,不能满足经济增长的客观要求,资源的跨区域运输供给显得尤为重要。卸船机作为码头的重大接卸设备,对工作效率有着重要影响,因此选用最大生产率、最高效、安全可靠的卸船机至关重要。本文先概述了桥式抓斗卸船机的定义及工作原理,对小车型式、机房位置、抓斗、自动控制等方面加以阐述,着重列举了桥式卸船机的常见故障,特别是小车轨道接头不平对钢结构的影响,分析了国内桥式抓斗卸船机应用情况,并提出了改进完善意见,旨在提高码头工作效率和装卸安全性。
