在全身治疗的基础上加局部创面清创,应用VSD治疗使溃疡愈合。结果:30例Wagner分级4级的糖尿病足患者经VSD治疗1~4个疗程后,创面肉芽组织生长新鲜被肉芽组织覆盖,创面平均愈合时间(75±21)d,较较长规换药组平均愈合时间(80±22)d明显缩短。结论:VSD治疗糖尿病足溃疡可改善局部血运,减少局部水肿,促进创面肉芽组织生长,缩短创面愈合时间。
On the basis of systemic treatment plus local wound debridement, the application of VSD healing ulcers. Results: Thirty patients with Wagner grade 4 diabetic foot were treated with VSD for 1 to 4 courses. The wound granulation tissue was freshly covered by granulation tissue. The average wound healing time was 75 ± 21 days, The average healing time (80 ± 22) d was significantly shorter. Conclusion: Treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with VSD can improve local blood supply, reduce local edema, promote wound granulation tissue growth and shorten wound healing time.
