植物杂种致死是一种生殖隔离亚类型,属于合子后生殖隔离方式,对物种形成与保持物种的完整性具有重要的作用,同时也是育种家培育新品种过程中可能会遇到的难题。对存在于多个物种中杂种致死事例的研究,有助于理解生殖隔离的发生机制,并把致死基因应用到作物育种程序中为作物育种提供理论指导。就植物杂种致死事例、致死影响因素、遗传模式研究、基因定位等方面进行了综述,并对现代生物信息学技术应用到杂种致死现象中进行了展望,以期进一步揭示杂种致死发生机制、致死基因的结构和功能。
The lethality of plant hybrids is a subtype of reproductive isolation, which belongs to post-zygotic reproductive isolation. It plays an important role in the formation of species and maintaining the integrity of species. It is also a difficult problem that breeders may encounter in cultivating new varieties. The study of hybrid lethality existing in many species helps to understand the mechanism of reproductive isolation and applies the lethal gene to crop breeding programs to provide theoretical guidance for crop breeding. In this paper, we summarize the lethality of plant hybrids, the factors affecting lethality, the study of genetic patterns, gene mapping and so on. We also prospected the application of modern bioinformatics technology to the lethality of hybrids in order to further reveal the mechanism of lethality of hybrids, Structure and function.
