各类高职院校都不同程度地存在着人才流失现象。原因在于高职院校层次和地位偏低,社会认可度不高;高职院校的薪酬偏低,激励机制不强;对个人的价值实现预期不乐观;人才引进导致待遇失衡和不公;缺乏让人才脱颖而出并发挥才干的运行机制;高职院校人才引进存在体制性障碍。防范高职人才流失应做到:理顺分配关系,提高薪酬待遇;提供培训学习机会,重视个人价值实现;以发展凝聚人心,提高让人才收心留根的引力;贯通人才引进渠道,实现置换跟进。
