目的从生长环境和实验结果分析绵阳地产葛根的品质。方法采用高效液相色谱法对葛根中有效成分葛根素进行含量测定。色谱条件为Symmetyshield RP185um 4.6×250mm检测波长250nm,流动相:甲醇-水(30:70)流速:1.0ml/min,柱温35C°,检测器灵敏度2.000AUFS.结果葛根素在0.00883mg/ml～0.1766mg/ml呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.60%,RSD=1.620%。(n=5)。结论绵阳地产葛根既有历史使用习惯,也有品质保证。
Objective To analyze the quality of Pueraria Mianyang from the growth environment and experimental results. Methods The content of puerarin in Pueraria was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Symmetyshield RP185um 4.6 × 250 mm, detection wavelength 250 nm, mobile phase methanol-water (30:70) flow rate 1.0 ml / min, column temperature 35 C °, detector sensitivity 2.000 AUFS.RESULTS Puerarin was at 0.00883 mg / 0.1766mg / ml showed a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 98.60%, RSD = 1.620%. (n = 5). Conclusion Mianyang real estate Pueraria has both historical habits, but also quality assurance.
