以巯基丙酸为稳定剂和硫源,采用水热法制备了CdSeS合金量子点,并将其应用于阿霉素(DOX)的定量分析.结果表明,DOX对CdSeS合金量子点有荧光猝灭作用,DOX分析的线性范围及检出限与CdSeS的浓度有关.在pH值为7.5的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,量子点浓度(以Cd2+计)为0.1,0.3,0.5 mmol·L-1时,对应的DOX分析线性范围分别为0.029~12,0.032~20,0.037~40mg·L-1,检出限分别为8.9,9.6,11.2μg·L-1.一定量的Cu2+和Fe3+会干扰DOX的测定.去除干扰物质后,对实际水样品进行分析,加标回收率为99%~102%,相对标准偏差小于1.4%.
