藿香正气水按《中国药典》1985年版规定制备,在浴管中浓度为1.25、2.5、5.0ul/ml时,分别使组胺诱导的豚鼠离体回肠收缩抑制25％、51％、86％((?)=16.43x十6.4,r=0.9959);正交设计实验证明,方中仅5味中药对组胺有非常显著的对抗作用,其他各味中药作用不显著或相反。由这5味中药组成复方与全方和10~(-9)g/ml非那根比较,作用相似。对乙酰胆碱诱导离体肠收缩的抑制作用,5味方与全方和市售藿香正气水比较无明显差异。 Huoxiangzhengqi water was prepared according to the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 1985 edition. When the concentration in the bath tube was 1.25, 2.5, and 5.0 ul/ml, histamine-induced isolated ileum contractions were inhibited by 25%, 51%, and 86%, respectively. ((?)=16.43x106.4,r=0.9959); Orthogonal design experiments show that only 5 Chinese herbal medicines in the formulae have very significant antagonistic effects on histamine, and other Chinese herbs have no significant or opposite effects. Comparing the five herbs and the whole formula and 10-9 g/ml phenagen, the effects were similar. The inhibitory effect of acetylcholine on the isolated intestinal contraction was not significantly different between the 5 flavors and the whole prescription and the commercial Huoxiangzhengqi water.
