本文简述了发展“高质量氢化—脱氢工艺(HHDH)”的研究结果。大量数据表明,采用HHDH工艺可以制取氧含量较低的航空级优质Ti及TC4合金粉,其氧含量可分别控制在0.10~0.15%和0.10~0.17%以内,且工艺性能良好。此种粉末的加工材和HIP材的性能可达到或超过熔炼加工材的冶标,并可与现代各种离心雾化粉末HIP材的性能相媲美。HHDH工艺在加工材性能上优于传统的氢化—脱氢工艺(HDH),在经济效果上优于各种离心雾化工艺。
This article outlines the development of “high quality hydrogenation - dehydrogenation process (HHDH)” results. A large amount of data shows that HHDH can be used to prepare aerospace high quality Ti and TC4 alloy powder with low oxygen content, whose oxygen content can be controlled within 0.10-0.15% and 0.10-0.17% respectively, and the process performance is good. The performance of such powder processed materials and HIP materials can meet or exceed the standard of smelting processing materials, and with the performance of modern various centrifugal atomized powder HIP material is comparable. HHDH process is superior to traditional hydrogenation-dehydrogenation process (HDH) in processing material performance, and is superior to various centrifugal atomization processes economically.
