美国次贷危机引发的国际金融危机不仅引发了金融行业的裁员风潮,而且已直接渗透到实体经济领域,对整个经济增长带来巨大的负面影响。做为直接面向经济建设主战场的高等职业教育院校,金融危机对高职毕业生就业的影响更为直接和广泛。企业用人需求的减少、薪资水平的降低、整个经济大环境的低迷为毕业生就业增加了诸多的不稳定因素。
The international financial crisis triggered by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States not only triggered a wave of layoffs in the financial industry but also directly infiltrated the real economy and had a huge negative impact on the entire economic growth. As a higher vocational education institution directly facing the main battlefield of economic construction, the impact of the financial crisis on the employment of higher vocational graduates is more direct and extensive. The decrease of employers’ demand, the decrease of salary level and the downturn of the overall economic environment have added many unstable factors to the employment of graduates.
