企业创新驱动发展战略是贯彻落实党的十八大精神的必然要求,也是着眼全局、立足发展阶段的现实选择。科技提升作为当前企业持续健康发展的核心动力及内在要求,在强化科研管理与服务水平,提升科技信息价值,发掘资源配置活力与培育创新潜力等方面具有重大指导意义。企业积极探索构建科技创新信息管理系统,实现规划发展、科研系统项目、技术指标、研发成果、统计考核等科技资源、信息与服务的共享和动态管理,是统一科研活动平台,共享科研成果的整合目标,更是实现科技兴企、激发创新源泉的重要内涵。本文通过对科技创新信息管理系统构建与实施的分析研究及管理理念的基本阐述,浅析了一体化管理平台对科技工作基础性、战略性的支撑作用,对集成与整合内、外部创新资源,完善技术链条,建立核心体系的指导意义,同时也进一步探讨了科研活动平台构建在助推当代企业突破科研技术瓶颈、打通管理运营经络、促进研发能力落地与转化实现中的深远价值。
