目的 :分析不同炮制方法对当归有效成分的影响。方法 :应用蒸馏法提取生当归、油当归、酒当归、土炒当归、当归炭的挥发油,然后应用气-质联用法测定挥发油中的有效化学组成,比较各成分差异。结果 :与生当归相比,其他不同炮制方法的饮片挥发油组分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在Z-藁本内酯、E-藁本内酯、Z-丁烯基酞内酯含量方面,炭制>土炒>酒炙>油制>生制。结论 :不同炮制方法对当归挥发油的药用组分含量、药理作用影响较大,其中经炭制、土炒炮制后当归油中的藁本内酯等药用组分含量更多,而根据入药需求的不同,实际工作中也应选择合理的炮制方法。
Objective: To analyze the influence of different processing methods on the active ingredients of Angelica sinensis. Methods: The volatile oil from Angelica sinensis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Angelica sinensis, Angelica sinensis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Angelica sinensis was extracted by distillation. Then the effective chemical composition of volatile oil was determined by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, and the differences of the constituents were compared. Results: Compared with that of Angelica sinensis, the contents of volatile oil in Pieces of different processing methods were significantly different (P <0.05), the contents of Z-ligustilide, E-ligustilide and Z- Ester content, charcoal> soil fried> wine Sunburn> oil> Health system. Conclusion: The different methods of processing have significant influence on the content of medicinal components and the pharmacological action of Angelica Sinensis Volatile Oil. Among them, the contents of ligustilide and other medicinal components in angelica oil after carbonization and trituration are more, Different needs, the actual work should also choose a reasonable method of preparation.
