本文通过对白酒厂的废弃物酒糟进行了再利 用栽培金针菇的试验，发现用酒糟完全可以代替棉子 壳、木屑等来栽培金针菇。
In this paper, the waste distiller’s grains of liquor factory were reused to cultivate Flammulina velutipes, and it was found that Flammulina velutipes could be cultivated by replacing the cottonseed shells and sawdust with the distiller’s grains.
