利用数字图像处理技术[1]在棒材自动计数装置方面的研究,目前基本上是采用对捆装棒材横断面图像进行各种数学形态学方法[2]的处理,其结果在很大程度上依赖于图像本身的质量和所采取的图像处理算法。根据图像处理技术中的投影[2]原理,并结合生产特点改进设计方案,提出一种新的图像处理方法,可以大大提高棒材自动计数的准确度。
