Bax是一种促凋亡基因,可以通过激活Caspase信号转导途径、破坏ATP合成功能、改变细胞氧化还原反应等机制发挥促凋亡作用.增殖细胞核抗原Ki-67随着宫颈病变程度的升高而呈上升趋势,且与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后关系密切.
