粉尘是工业生产的重要灾害之一。国内外专家学者进行了大量的粉尘理论和现场试验研究,但仍缺少一种能够模拟环形通风流场内粉尘多相流的综合性实验系统。为此,设计并研制出环形通风流场粉尘监测及除尘测试综合实验系统,并运用该系统定量地研究了风速、粉尘种类、粉尘粒径对粉尘浓度的影响。
Dust is one of the major disasters in industrial production. Domestic and foreign experts and scholars carried out a large number of dust theory and field experiments, but there is still a lack of a comprehensive experimental system that can simulate the multi-phase flow of dust in the annular ventilation flow field. Therefore, a comprehensive experimental system of dust monitoring and dust removal testing for annular ventilation flow field was designed and developed. The system was used to quantitatively study the influence of wind speed, dust type and dust particle size on dust concentration.
