目的探讨认知教育干预对外来工银屑病美容健康教育管理的影响。方法研究纳入我院皮肤科门诊外来工银屑病患者60人,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用电话随访和医患交流座谈会形式实施护理认知教育干预,对照组进行门诊皮肤病常规护理。观察12周治疗前后两组患者对银屑病相关认知,评价治疗有效率并记录失访率。结果 12周研究终点治疗组患者对银屑病疾病认知以及心理、行为、治疗几方面认知均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)且失访率明显低于对照组。结论人性化沟通交流的认知干预保证了外来工银屑病患者更好的治疗效果,极大改善了患者美容身心健康,提高患者治疗的积极性与依从性。
Objective To explore the impact of cognitive education intervention on beauty and health education and management of psoriasis from abroad. METHODS: Sixty patients with psoriasis were included in the dermatology outpatient department of our hospital. The patients in the treatment group were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received the intervention of nursing cognition and education in the form of phone follow-up and forum for doctor-patient communication. The control group received outpatient dermatology Regular care. The cognition of psoriasis in the two groups before and after 12 weeks of treatment was observed and the effective rate of treatment was evaluated and the rate of loss of follow-up was recorded. Results The cognition of psoriasis patients in the 12-week end-point treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05) in cognition, psychology, behavior and treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the rate of loss of follow-up was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The cognitive intervention of humanized communication ensures the better treatment effect of psoriasis patients, greatly improves the physical and mental health of patients and improves the enthusiasm and compliance of patients’ treatment.
