对《刘建兵牵引车辆发生事故的调查结论》的疑问 一、《关于刘建兵牵引车辆发生事故的调查结论》(以下简称《结论》,中没有文字表述该牵引连接件的材质、规格及功效,《结论》中也没有关于牵引连接件发生断裂的原因的调查分析。也就是说,没有查找出致使其断裂的因果关系,那么是如何得出此事故不属于交通事故调整范畴的结论呢? 二、据《结论》中的表述,可得知刘建兵驾驶小货车实施了牵引大货车这一事实。作为交通管理者,应知《道路交通管理条例》第二十二条第二项对被牵引车的宽度不准大于牵引车的宽度有所规定。
