采用 In Ga P/ Ga As HBTs设计并实现了传输速率为 10 Gbps的跨阻放大器 .在电路设计上采用两级放大器级联的形式以提高跨阻增益 ,在第一级采用了 cascade结构 ,第二级采用了 cherry hooper结构以提高电路的带宽和稳定性 .测试结果表明 ,跨阻增益为 4 0 d B· Ω,3d B带宽为 10 GHz.
InGa P / Ga As HBTs, a trans-impedance amplifier with a transmission rate of 10 Gbps is designed and implemented.A two-stage amplifier is cascaded in circuit design to improve the transimpedance gain, cascade structure is adopted in the first stage, The second stage adopts the cherry hooper structure to improve the bandwidth and stability of the circuit.The test results show that the transconductance gain is 40 dB · Ω and the 3dB bandwidth is 10 GHz.
