探讨二十五味珊瑚丸(25 Odors Coral Pills)对D-半乳糖(D-gal)衰老大鼠海马锥体细胞形态和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)表达的影响。采用颈背部皮下注射D-gal模拟衰老大鼠模型。治疗组于造模第6周,给予25 Odors Coral Pills灌胃2周,之后取各组脑组织行相关检测。与模型组比较,25 Odors Coral Pills组大鼠海马CA1、CA3区锥体细胞层细胞丢失较少,细胞排列较紧密、整齐;DG区NSE阳性的细胞减少,胞体较小,突起较细;海马NSE表达下降,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。D-gal衰老模型鼠海马锥体细胞衰老变性且NSE的表达增多;25 Odors Coral Pills可抑制D-gal衰老鼠海马锥体细胞的衰老变性和NSE的表达。
To investigate the effects of 25 Odors Coral Pills on pyramidal cell morphology and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) expression in hippocampus of D-gal-aged rats. D-gal model of aging rats was injected subcutaneously on the back of the neck. At the 6th week of treatment, 25 Odors Coral Pills were given orally for 2 weeks in the treatment group, and then the relevant brain tissues were taken from each group. Compared with the model group, 25 Odors Coral Pills group had less loss of pyramidal cells in hippocampal CA1 and CA3 pyramidal cell layers, and the cells arranged more tightly and neatly; NSE positive cells in DG area decreased, the cell bodies were smaller and the processes were finer; hippocampus NSE expression decreased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). D-gal aging rat hippocampal pyramidal cells degeneration and NSE expression increased; 25 Odors Coral Pills inhibit D-gal aging rat hippocampal pyramidal cell degeneration and NSE expression.
