现今社会中,明星代言商品已不是什么新鲜话题了,经过明星代言后的商品也当然成为了明星商品,使得消费者追风购买,基于对明星本人的信任,消费者不曾对商品产生怀疑,这就使得商品在使用过程中出现了一系列的问题,损害了消费者的合法权益。当然对于生产商品的生产商,其造成损害的法律责任是难逃的。然而对于明星的代言行为应当承担什么样的法律后果则需要法律加以详细具体的规范,从而便于保护消费者的合法权益。
In today’s society, celebrity endorsements are not new topics, and celebrity endorsements have of course become star products, making consumers follow the trend of buying goods. Consumers have no doubts about the products because of their trust in the stars themselves. It makes the use of goods in the process of a series of problems that undermine the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Of course, the legal liability for the damage caused by the producer of the product is unavoidable. However, what kind of legal consequences should be taken for celebrity endorsement behavior requires detailed and specific regulation by law, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
