为探究不同焊接方法对TC4钛合金薄板焊接接头组织性能的影响,选用两种工艺方法去焊接1 mm厚的TC4合金薄板,第一种是固定两块TC4合金薄板,采用IPG光纤激光器和PERCITEC YC52激光头通过熔融焊接处基体的方法达到焊接的效果;第二种是采用IPG光纤激光器和同轴送粉系统,将金属粉末作为焊料在熔融状态下与焊接处基体相互扩散形成一体,达到焊接的效果。焊后分析发现,直接激光熔融焊接得到的试件表面出现凹陷现象,显微硬度和表面硬度均小于带粉末焊接的试件,但是第二种工艺方法得到的试件表面较粗糙,且焊接处高于基体表面,需要进行后处理才能达到生产要求。
In order to explore the influence of different welding methods on the microstructure and properties of TC4 titanium alloy sheet welded joint, two kinds of technological methods were used to weld 1 mm thick TC4 alloy sheet. The first method was to fix two TC4 alloy sheets and adopt IPG fiber laser and PERCITEC YC52 The laser head through welding the substrate at the welding method to achieve the effect of welding; the second is the use of IPG fiber laser and coaxial powder feeding system, the metal powder as a solder in the molten state and the welding substrate matrix diffusion into one, to the welding effect. After welding analysis, it is found that the surface of the specimen obtained by direct laser fusion welding has a concave surface. The microhardness and surface hardness are less than that of the sample with powder welding. However, the surface of the specimen obtained by the second method is rough, Higher than the substrate surface, the need for post-processing to meet production requirements.
