针对单一煤层透气性低、预抽时间长且难以达标的问题,尝试采用密集顺层钻孔强化瓦斯抽采技术。利用数值模拟确定了煤层的有效抽采半径,分析了密集顺层钻孔技术强化抽采的机理。在现场进行了应用,抽采间距由5 m加密到2.5 m。经过最短11个月的抽采,试验工作面抽采达标,比采取普通顺层钻孔预抽时间缩短了12个月,大大地提高了生产效率。
Aiming at the problem of low gas permeability, long pre-pumping time and difficulty in achieving the standard of a single coal seam, an attempt was made to intensify the gas drainage technology by using the continuous cobbling. The effective mining radius of coal seam is determined by numerical simulation. The mechanism of intensified drainage by intensive cobble drilling is analyzed. It was applied in the field and the extraction pitch was encrypted from 5 m to 2.5 m. After a minimum of 11 months of pumping and pumping, the test of working face pumping meets the standard, which is 12 months shorter than that of taking ordinary pre-drilling holes, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
