“十二五”期间,我省个市州公司已完成或14正在进行新物流中心建设,目前,全省在用卷烟分拣线条,其中:电子标签线条,半自动线36 8 26条,全自动线条;待怀化、郴州、邵阳、岳阳的2新物流中心建成投产后,我省卷烟分拣将步入半自动、全自动的分拣时代。但就各市州公司实际分拣效率而言,与合同约定值仍有差距,如何稳定提升我省卷烟分拣效率对降低物流成本,提升精益管理尤为重要。 During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, a state-owned company in our province has completed or is in the process of constructing a new logistics center. At present, the province is sorting cigarettes with lines, of which: electronic label lines, semi-automatic lines 36 8 26, Automatic lines; to be Huaihua, Chenzhou, Shaoyang, Yueyang 2 new logistics center completed and put into operation, the province’s cigarette sorting will enter the semi-automatic, fully automatic sorting era. However, in terms of the actual sorting efficiency of companies in each city and state, there is still a gap with the agreed value of the contract. How to steadily improve the efficiency of cigarette sorting in our province is particularly important for reducing logistics costs and improving lean management.
