主要研究浆体膨胀充填材料的反应机理。通过对浆体膨胀充填材料的热力学分析,推测各物料之间的反应可能性,明确了浆体膨胀充填材料的水化机理,通过测定充填体不同龄期的强度以及对微观形貌的观察,将其形成过程分为水化期、水硬期、强度期和稳定期4个阶段。使浆体膨胀充填材料的理论体系得到进一步补充,对以后技术标准和检测体系的建立起到积极的作用。
Mainly study the reaction mechanism of slurry expansion filling material. Through the thermodynamic analysis of the filler material, the possibility of reaction between the materials was estimated. The hydration mechanism of the filler material was clarified. By measuring the strength of the filler material at different ages and observing the microstructure, The formation process is divided into hydration period, hydraulic period, strength and stability of four stages. So that the theoretical system of slurry expansion filler material is further supplemented, which will play a positive role in the future technical standards and testing system.
