随着互联网信息技术的发展和人们政治参与热情的不断提升,网络已经成为人们向政府表达利益诉求和意见的重要平台。人们通过网络平台对焦点问题发表意见和言论,形成具有广泛影响力的网络舆论,从而影响公共政策的制定。在厦门PX事件中,网络舆论在PX项目迁址政策制定中的的多个环节产生影响,但网络舆论是一把双刃剑,因而需要寻求改善网络舆论影响公共政策制定的对策。
With the development of Internet information technology and the ever-increasing enthusiasm of political participation, the Internet has become an important platform for people to express their interest demands and opinions to the government. People express opinions and remarks on the focus issues through the network platform, and form a network of media with extensive influence, thereby affecting the formulation of public policies. In the PX incident in Xiamen, the influence of online media on many aspects of the relocation policy of PX project has been affected. However, the public opinion on the Internet is a double-edged sword, so it is necessary to find some countermeasures to improve the influence of public opinion on public policy formulation.
